Amongst the large variety of must-try sauces are; Nam-ya-ka-ti, Nam-prik, Nam-ya-pak-ta, Nam-ngiew, Gaeng-kiew-wan-gai, Gaeng-tai-pla, Nam-ya-pa, Nam-ya-korat- Sao-nam-chang-lon.
All are served with condiments and mixed local vegetables at only Baht 199 net per person including a complimentary relishing dessert and refreshing herbal drink.
